I am a 'knowledge evangelist'. Which means I believe that knowledge working is the future. I founded this site in 2004 to help other people get more out of KBW (knowledge based working). I am a learning and OD specialist. Originally a graduate of Manchester University I now hold a Henley MBA,
an M.Phil in OD, and a PhD from the University of Bradford.
Any advice given is leading edge, and underpinned
by proven, international practical experience as I have worked on projects in 14 different countries.

I first spoke as a 'knowledge evangelist' at the 2003 KM
Asia, in Singapore. In 2005 I delivered a Masterclass
at KM Australia
(read delegate
comments.) I also spoke at the
2005 Public Sector Management conference, and at the Osneymedia Stragegic KM Conference, both in London.
I have published thought-leading articles on KBW in KM
Magazine, Global Knowledge Review and
KM Review and am co-author of
Flexible
Working. My first book Knowledge
Based Working -'intelligent operating for the knowledge
age' is becoming a leading blueprint for KBW.
