Steve founded knowledge doctor site in 2004 he is a practicing HR and L+D/OD specialist. He holds an MBA, M.Phil in OD, and in 2005 was awarded the first PhD in Strategic Knowledge Based Working by Bradford.

Any advice given is truly leading edge, and underpinned by proven, international practical experience.

Projects have been completed recently in the U.K., Sydney, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Canada, USA, Dubai, Thailand, USA, Luxembourg and Athens.

Steve spoke at KM Asia, in Singapore, and in 2005 he provided a Masterclass at KM Australia (read delegate comments.) Steve spoke at the Public Sector Management conf. in London and at the launch of the London Knowledge Network. Steve also spoke at the 2004 KM Summit in Holland.

Steve has published thought leading articles on KBW in KM Magazine, Global Knowledge Review and KM Review and is co-author of a textbook on Flexible Working. His first solo book Knowledge Based Working -'intelligent operating for the knowledge age' is a best selling, modern day blueprint for KBW.
