Knowledge Relocation

Recently I have found that many organisations are facing the challenge of relocating knowledge. Often due to a physical movement, staff restructuring, outsourcing, downsizing or assimilating new acquisitions. In addition as more key employees demand ever more flexible working arrangments, bringing knowledge work to the employee has become a real challenge. This challenge is likely to increase in future as organisations seek the benefits and opportunities to be had from both flexible working and knowledge based working.
