Knowledge Relocation
Recently I have found that many organisations are facing the challenge
of relocating knowledge. Often due to a physical movement, staff
restructuring, outsourcing, downsizing or assimilating new acquisitions.
In addition as more key employees demand ever more flexible working arrangments,
bringing knowledge work to the employee has become a real challenge.
This challenge is likely to increase in future as organisations
seek the benefits and opportunities to be had from both flexible
working and knowledge based working.
In looking to assist the process of relocating knowledge I have
