..is a simple diagram depicting the results from the 'KBW readiness questionnaire' which assesses the current position against the three key facets of KBW that have been established by my research as fundamental;

• first the general level of confusion over what is required from KBW and how it is to be delivered
• second the likely degree of convergence of KBW activity and overall organisation or departmental strategy
• finally the degree of commitment from the organisation to KBW principles and practices

Alongside these the fourth aspect is organisational culture which will have tremendous impact,these make up the '4C's of KBW
