I depends what areas
you are interested in. 'Techno fetishists' need to look for the
ICT/IS side of KBW where the choices are vast, but for me they largely
miss the point.
I focus much more much on the human side of KBW as it is people who
supply, create and share knowledge not systems or machines. I would of course recommend
you look first at my book
Knowledge Based Working.

Patrick Radden Keefe- Chatter,
who argues that knowledge gathering that ignores human intelligence
(humint) is generally unsuccessful.
