In 2002/3
a multi-national corporation was faced with a dilemma. A large
number of it's senior board members were approaching retirement
and the company did not want to lose their accumulated wisdom
and experience.
Steve prescribed and implemnted a way of capturing, coding and sharing
the knowledge so that all existing and new executives could learn
from the 'past masters' of the corporation even after they had gone.
